My Motorola repeater is on but not rcving well. I am working on the problem and adding AllStar and PL as well. I need another conputer for AllStar and wil have it shortly. I believe that the controller has problems and lost it program.

Update of Meeting: Start 1000 hrs  Charles Coles Hospital Coudersport, PA 

VE Amateur Radio test.  one applicant Carl  passed his Tech Class license exam.  Tnx to the Lewis’s and John and XYL K3TMD for helping as Examineers

Projects:  working on  “All STAR” link to the 146.88 repeater

New antennas:  40 meter 1/4 wave vertical and an 80 1/4 wave vertical ground mounted for NBEMS

Constructed Mosley TA34XL and HyGain 105CAS and  2/440 meter vertical

Review status of Ham Operators readiness and log locations for simplex operation throughout the county.

Create a mobile simplex system to operate in Potter County where the repeaters cannot be used.  Mobile 6 meter and 2 meter stations.  Canvas the 6 sections of Potter county for hilltop locations.  Explore the use of 6 meter mobile to mobile and mobile to base.

Create a map which shows dead spots for 2 meter repeaters.

Work to improve the NBEMS capability of Potter Co amateurs.   

Enlist more ham radio operators in ARRL ARES
